CXIP Labs, Inc. (“CXIP,” “we,” “us” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy in providing access to our NFT minting and copyright services through our website (located at and our API (together, the “Platform”).

This policy (“Policy”) describes the types of information that we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit or use the Platform, and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting and disclosing that information.

Your User Contributions are transmitted to others at your own risk. While we make every effort to ensure the security of your sessions on the Platform, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. Additionally, we cannot control the actions of other users of the Platform with whom you may choose to share your User Contributions. For example, we use Stripe for payment-related services, and we use MetaMask as our crypto wallet service provider. These third parties may use cookies alone or in conjunction with web beacons or other tracking technologies to collect information about you when you visit or use the Platform or their services. The information they collect may be associated with your personal information or they may collect information, including personal information, about your online activities over time and across different websites and other online services. They may use this information to provide you with interest-based (behavioral) advertising or other targeted content.

Children’s Privacy
The Platform is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on the Platform, or through any of its features, register for an account for the Platform or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any username you may use. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.
